Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are processed and shipped same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

Free Shipping
All orders with a subtotal of $50.00 or more (after discounts, before tax) qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous United States.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state and local regulations on the sale of tobacco and nicotine products, we are unable to ship certain products to select states and localities. If we cannot ship a product to your location, you will be notified at checkout. We comply with all applicable laws including the PACT Act.
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Adult Signature Required
By law, all orders containing tobacco or nicotine products require an adult (21+) signature upon delivery. Carriers will not leave packages unattended. Please ensure someone 21+ will be available to sign for your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier's website or from your account dashboard.
