30-Day Return Window
We accept returns of unopened, sealed items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
What Can Be Returned
- Unopened hardware (mods, tanks, pods, coils)
- Sealed e-liquid bottles (unopened)
- Defective products within 30 days of purchase
- Wrong items sent by us
What Cannot Be Returned
- Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
- Disposable vape products once the seal is broken
- CBD, kratom, and consumable products
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale"
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at returns@smokesmartllc.com or via the Contact page
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
