30-Day Return Window

We accept returns of unopened, sealed items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unopened hardware (mods, tanks, pods, coils)
  • Sealed e-liquid bottles (unopened)
  • Defective products within 30 days of purchase
  • Wrong items sent by us

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Disposable vape products once the seal is broken
  • CBD, kratom, and consumable products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked "Final Sale"

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at returns@smokesmartllc.com or via the Contact page
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
